The Kundalini Spirit
What is it, and What does it do? February 26,2023
For the last week or so the Lord has been speaking to me about this spirit and has told me that I needed to write to you about it. The Lord said there was a lot of deception, lack of discernment, and much following of this spirit with His name attached to it which is not necessarily from Him. Keep in mind that everything that looks spiritual, sounds spiritual, even to the point that God’s name is attached to it, doesn’t always mean that God is in it.
As may know the Kundalini spirit comes from Hinduism and refers to a form of divine energy, gross shaking, or even a serpent or snake hissing. It is said to be located at the base of the spine. It is associated with a divine feminine force or power connected to a spiritual energy or freedom. These practices were adopted, and have been associated with, Hatha yoga from the 11th century. It is also intertwined with New Age and mysticism which is very commonly practiced today.
Following are a number of ways to discern the difference between this spirit and the Spirit of God:
The Kundalini spirit – this spirit just happens. The Holy Spirit – will always be brought about through the Word of God and praise.
The Kundalini spirit – takes control. The Holy Spirit – never lets you get out of control.
The Kundalini spirit – diverts people from the word of God. The Holy Spirit – will always follow the Bible/Word of God.
The Kundalini spirit – gives praise to itself/god. The Holy Spirit – will always praise God.
The Kundalini spirit – never takes orders and uses experiences. The Holy Spirit – keeps order within worship, no show.
The Kundalini spirit – will not acknowledge what Jesus did on the cross for humanity. The Holy Spirit – will extol Yeshua and prompt us to give thanks.
The Kundalini spirit – will try to get people into a closed/limited version of doctrine, not the actual Word, and in so doing not take us completely away from the Bible. (Truth mixed with Profane) The Holy Spirit – will always utter and agree with Scripture and Biblical prophecy.
1 John 4:1-3 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but tests the spirit, whether they are of God. Because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this will you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ came in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. That is the spirit of antichrist which you have heard was coming and is now already in the world.
Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. (They are spiritually perishing. People are rejecting the Word of God thinking that if they are not exposed to it they will not be held accountable. People will be held accountable because they had access to the scriptures but ignored them.) Because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Psa 141:3 Set a watch O Lord before my mouth, keep the door of my lips.
Jas 3:8-10 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
I will be bringing forth more about demonic spirits, spirit guides, and what we say and how we use what comes out of our mouth without thinking.
Mat 12:36-37 But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
2 Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing (correctly examining and studying) the word of truth.
